I’ve been working in financial services since 2020, entering the industry during the challenges of the COVID era and gaining full qualifications in 2021. I provide clear, tailored advice and support my clients at every stage of their journey, from the first enquiry to completion and beyond.

Whether it’s helping clients purchase a new home, raise funds for renovations, or put the right protection in place for their family, I’m passionate about providing honest guidance that fits their individual circumstances.

I believe in the importance of mortgage and protection advice going hand-in-hand, and I take pride in building lasting relationships with clients, truly getting to know their goals and supporting them every step of the way. In my spare time, I am a busy mum to my 5 year old Oliver, and puppy Arlo, I love our weekends together with my husband making memories.

Outside of work, Susan loves to travel and explore the world with her husband, Mike. Her experience, reliability, and commitment make her an invaluable part of the team.
